Job summary

Mint People is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a busy country inn in Carnforth, known for fresh, homemade dishes and high service standards.

You will oversee daily operations, develop seasonal menus with local ingredients, manage costs, and mentor a passionate kitchen team while ensuring food safety and busy-service quality.

This role offers £19 per hour with a 4-5 day week and invoicing or PAYE options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef in high-volume, fresh-food settings.

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a busy country inn in Carnforth, known for serving high-quality, homemade fresh food. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and skilled chef to take charge of a thriving kitchen.

Role Details:

• Location: Carnforth
• Rate: £19 per hour (Invoice or PAYE)
