Mint People is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a well-established venue in the Ribble Valley. The role requires taking control of a high-quality kitchen, delivering exceptional food and leading a dedicated team.

You will oversee all kitchen operations, develop seasonal menus, manage stock and supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while driving profitability and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• A passion for fresh, seasonal food and creative menu development.
• Excellent organisational and financial management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Head Chef

Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time
