Chefs for Chefs is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a nursery kitchen in Uxbridge on a temporary assignment. The role focuses on nutritious, age-appropriate meals and compliance with safeguarding and dietary needs. Previous nursery or childcare kitchen leadership is an advantage, with training in food hygiene and allergen awareness required.

You will oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, orders, stock, and records while ensuring a clean, compliant environment for young children.

Competenze

• Experience leading a professional kitchen as Head Chef or in a senior role.
• Experience preparing meals for children or working in a nursery or childcare setting is an advantage.
• Food hygiene and allergen awareness training.
• Strong kitchen leadership, organization and communication.
• Careful attention to food safety and safeguarding procedures.
