Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre is recruiting a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across six sites and extensive conference and banqueting operations. You will shape the kitchen strategy, drive GP targets, and ensure exceptional guest dining experiences.

We seek a senior chef with hotel or banqueting leadership, allergen compliance expertise, and a proven ability to develop talent. The role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment and opportunities to influence menus and standards.

Formación

• Extensive senior chef experience in hotel or conference/banqueting.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume operations and meet GP targets.
• Strong knowledge of allergen compliance and food safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and communicate kitchen strategy aligned with KPIs.
• Lead multi-site kitchen operations across six sites.
• Forecast revenues and costs; take corrective actions.
• Oversee menu updates balancing GP targets and guest expectations.
• Coach and develop kitchen team; foster a thriving culture.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and stock control.
• Support day-to-day staff queries.
