Job summary

Thomas Franks in London is seeking a talented Head Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in London. You will lead a team, craft fresh seasonal menus and showcase your skills in a high-end catering environment for a UK-based insurance site.

Join a vibrant kitchen, work Monday to Friday, and contribute to excellent customer experiences with emphasis on quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a team-based kitchen
• Strong customer service focus and menu execution
• Creative approach to using fresh seasonal ingredients
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Experience in food preparation environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead breakfast, lunch and hospitality service as part of a team
• Prepare food from scratch using fresh ingredients and follow brand standards
• Control wastage and ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and allergen controls
• Act as a strong team player and kitchen leader

Contract: Full Time , Permanent
Salary: £ 55,000 per annum
Hours: 40 per week

A stunning B&I location in Central London for a UK-based insurance company. Catering for approximately 175 people daily. We offer a coffee bar and full lunch and lots of high end hospitality. The role is a Monday to Friday operation.

We are looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in London.

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key responsibilities:

• To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality.
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• Great team player

You will have the following skills:

• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
