Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd. is seeking a talented Head Chef in London to lead kitchen operations at a prestigious Central London site. You will craft fresh seasonal menus, manage service for breakfast, lunch and hospitality, and drive high standards in food hygiene and customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, creativity, and teamwork within a dynamic contract catering environment. UK Right to Work required; full-time permanent position with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate reasonable/good English (verbal)
• Reasonable/good written English and reading skills
• Previous experience in customer and/or food preparation environment preferred

Salary: £ 55,000 per annum

Hours: 40 per week

A stunning B&I location in Central London for a UK-based insurance company. Catering for approximately 175 people daily. We offer a coffee bar and full lunch and lots of high end hospitality. The role is a Monday to Friday operation.

We are looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in London.

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key Responsibilities

• To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality.
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
