Job summary

Care UK is seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to design and deliver nutritious meals for residents at Priory Court Care Home. You will lead by example, mentor the kitchen team, and showcase a high level of hospitality while using the best fresh ingredients available.

The role offers straight shifts with no evenings, a comprehensive induction into healthcare cooking, and opportunities to progress through our Chef academy within a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Head Chef with ability to create fresh nutritious meals using fresh ingredients.
• Strong leadership to mentor kitchen team.
• Healthcare sector experience desirable.

About the role

• 40 Hours per week - Monday to Thursday 6am -5pm, with occasional weekends

We are looking for a passionate Chef that will lead by example, mentor your team and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
