Qualifications

• Senior kitchen leadership in luxury/high-volume environments.
• 3-5 years experience in hospitality leadership roles.
• Strong culinary expertise with high-quality, innovative cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Set budgets and forecasts for the restaurant.
• Analyse P&L and month-end reports; identify deviations.
• Lead and manage the kitchen team to maximise F&B profitability.
• Oversee food preparation, production, and menu execution.
• Maintain highest standard of food quality, presentation and consistency.
