Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere in Knutsford (Cheshire) seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations including Club Lounge, In Room Dining, Spa Bar, Orangery & Gordon Ramsay restaurant. You will drive guest satisfaction, revenue and team development in a luxury setting.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will budget, forecast and implement strategic plans with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing and Procurement. Forbes/Five-star experience is valued.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in all facets of hotel F&B operations with 2–3 years in management.
• Strong culinary and beverage knowledge with market passion.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Administration or equivalent work experience.
• Creative leader with professionalism, emotional intelligence and admin skills.
• Cost control knowledge and financial acumen mandatory.
• Flexibility and multi-skilling as needed.

Aufgaben

• Plan and direct the hotel's F&B operations balancing guest service with revenue.
• Lead development of menus, wine lists, promotions and specifications.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on activations for the F&B offer.
• Ensure guest service standards and continual product/service improvement.
• Oversee departmental heads to maintain operational effectiveness.
• Develop monthly financial outlooks and budgets for F&B.
• Monitor staffing and productivity targets with labour forecasting.
• Lead capital project planning and tender negotiations with suppliers.
• Represent Fairmont Cheshire as an ambassador via social channels.
• Participate in recruitment for F&B positions and onboarding meetings.
