Job summary

Greene King's Chef & Brewer venue is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen. You will motivate and manage a team to deliver top‑quality dishes while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards throughout service.

You will drive team development, coach performance, and ensure allergen controls are strictly followed, enabling a consistent, exceptional guest experience at our country‑style pub locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading busy kitchen teams.
• Ability to train and develop high performing teams.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely.
