Greene King is seeking a Head Chef to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly during busy services. You’ll lead and develop your team, maintaining high standards across every dish served and ensuring a safe, hygienic environment.

Applicants should have proven leadership in a busy kitchen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to food quality and safety. This role offers ongoing training and career development within Greene King pubs.

• Skill and willingness to take on and adapt to challenges whilst working in a busy kitchen.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
