Job summary

Chef roles with Greene King’s Chef & Brewer pubs require a hands-on Head Chef who can drive a busy kitchen, motivate and train staff, and deliver consistently high-quality dishes.

You will lead in a busy service, uphold strict hygiene standards, and ensure the team performs at its best while maintaining exceptional customer experiences across our country-style pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy kitchen and developing a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication to ensure high-quality meals on time.
• Strong hygiene standards and adherence to safety regulations.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities
