The Swan, Bibury, part of Fuller’s, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver fresh, locally sourced cuisine in a historic inn setting. Live-in accommodation is available, and you will receive tips on top of pay, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are essential for this role.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience as Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role preferred.
