Job summary

Cotswold Inns & Hotels is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join The Swan in Bibury. You will be part of a welcoming kitchen team, supporting service in a busy setting by helping with food preparation, stock and cleanliness, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene. A friendly, reliable attitude is essential for delivering a great guest experience.

The role offers induction and training, with opportunities to grow within a supportive group known for its hospitality and community focus.

The Swan in Bibury, a former Cotswold coaching inn is located on the enchanting banks of the River Coln. Offering 22 guest rooms including accommodation in one of the four garden cottage suites, The Hotel also has a welcoming bar and popular brasserie.
