Job summary

The Wrose Bull Hotel is seeking a Head Chef to lead a passionate kitchen team and deliver consistently high-quality dishes. You will oversee food preparation, ordering, stock control and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while working with a branded menu.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team as Head Chef or senior kitchen leader.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate staff.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in a kitchen.
