Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers' Plough & Harrow site is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen to high standards. You'll inspire your team, drive quality, and manage all kitchen operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You'll work with a branded menu, oversee ordering, stock, health and hygiene compliance, and help guests enjoy premium food and service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership.
• Track record of delivering high-quality food and team development.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
