Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Branton is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen that teams are proud of, inspire your brigade and ensure every dish meets the highest standards. You will manage all kitchen activities, drive quality, and deliver great guest experiences across a branded pub portfolio.

As Head Chef at the Three Horse Shoes you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
