Job summary

White Horse Hotel is seeking a Head Chef to lead a dynamic kitchen, inspiring the team to deliver meals of the highest standard and to drive guest satisfaction.

You will manage all kitchen operations, including ordering, prep, stock control, and compliance with health and hygiene regulations, while working with a branded menu and a clear path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high quality food.
• Strong focus on food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Ability to plan menus and manage kitchen operations.
• Proven track record in driving guest satisfaction and sales via great cuisine.

As Head Chef at the White Horse Hotel you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
