BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Head Chef for a full-time, Monday–Friday role in Reading. You will lead and develop the kitchen team, drive seasonal menus, and partner with site GMs to meet client goals and food innovation standards.

You will engage with customers, monitor GP, and support continuous development through training and workshops. This is a leadership role with a focus on quality, coaching, and customer interaction.

Qualificações

• Proven kitchen management experience.
• Ability to recruit, lead and develop teams.
• Strong communication skills and engagement with site teams.
• Drive food innovation and achieve excellent GP.
• Interact with customers to measure success and inspire ideas.

Responsabilidades
