BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team on a Monday to Friday, 40-hour schedule. You will champion seasonal menus, maintain quality, and drive GP improvements while collaborating with General Managers to align client goals with our foodie culture.

You’ll mentor your team, participate in food innovation forums, and engage with customers to gather feedback and inspire new menu ideas. A pathway for professional development is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven kitchen management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and customer interaction.
• Ability to improve GP through menu innovation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, manage and develop your own team.
• Ensure standards are met or exceeded across all sites.
