Young's Pubs in Cobham is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen in our traditional pub environment. You will design and evolve menus using seasonal, local produce and have full autonomy over the kitchen's creative direction.

You will manage a skilled team, cost controls, and GP while maintaining high standards of service and guest experience. Development programmes and masterclasses are available to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food as Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Strong leadership and development of a team.
• Hands-on team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead the kitchen team to develop fresh seasonal menus and cost controls.
• Ensure GP and labour targets are met while delivering high-quality dishes.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
