Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen and set the standard across the team. You’ll drive high quality food and guest experiences while managing a motivated kitchen crew in one of our pubs.

You’ll have experience as a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef or be ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef, with a focus on safety, hygiene, and consistent delivery of great meals. Career pathways across pubs and support centres are available.

• You’ll have experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or be ready to step up from a Sous/ Second Chef position.
