Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a high-quality service environment.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, nutrition, and therapeutic diets.
• Ability to manage budgets, orders, and stock effectively.
• Experience recruiting, inducting and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Kitchen and Dining service across the home.
• Deliver safe, nutritious and appealing menu options, including therapeutic diets.
• Order, receipting and monitor catering spend within budget.
• Manage stock levels and complete catering audits.
• Roster management to ensure coverage during absences.
