Qualifications

• Two years catering experience or more.
• Strong communication skills across teams and residents.
• Knowledge of food regulations, therapeutic and textured diets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent food service at all times.
• Follow care and support plans to meet nutritional needs.
• Prepare nutritious snacks as requested by the General Manager.
• Ensure high-quality, flavoursome and well-presented food.
• Collaborate with Head Chef for smooth kitchen operations.
• Manage stock control, ordering and replenishment.
