Leonardo Hotels is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at one of our UK hotels. You will direct strategic kitchen initiatives, design menus, and manage day-to-day operations to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will balance creativity with costs, nurture talent, and drive revenue while upholding brand standards across the property. The role offers progression through our Senior Chef Programme and a strong focus on teamwork and guest care.

Qualifications

• Head Chef experience and leadership of a kitchen team.
• Strong cost management and menu design skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep the department calm, composed and organised while leading the kitchen team.
• Own cost control and drive revenue to maximise profit for the Kitchen.
• Design creative menus and dishes that meet brand standards and guest expectations.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel and Leonardo Hotels estate, collaborating with other departments.
