Park Holidays UK Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at Malvern View Country & Leisure Park, Worcester. You will oversee operations, ensure high-quality food, and maintain hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves budget management, menu development with the F&B Director, and training a motivated kitchen team. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required, with opportunities to progress within England, Scotland, and Wales.

Qualifications

• Proven cooking and kitchen management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to flex hours including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing of the kitchen, ensuring operations run smoothly.
• Monitor stock levels and requisition supplies with relevant managers.
• Ensure food preparation, cooking, and presentation meet standards.
• Implement and uphold back-of-house procedures and hygiene standards.
• Direct and maintain hygiene to meet food safety requirements.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director on menu ideas.
• Manage kitchen budget and control resources to meet targets.
• Lead, motivate, and train kitchen staff.
