You will manage and mentor staff, partner with clients, and drive exceptional service while achieving key metrics in quality, safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as Head Chef or similar role
• Have an obsession for food and creating experiences
• Managing, training, and supporting a team as part of your career
• Financially astute; able to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
