Job summary

Aramark UK. Windsor-based Head Chef role overseeing Back of House for four hotel restaurants, delivering outstanding food quality and innovative menus. You will drive GP targets, food cost control, and lead a large kitchen team in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment.

You will ensure strict HACCP and health & safety compliance, mentor staff, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role.
• Experience managing high-volume hotel restaurant operations.
• Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Back of House across four hotel restaurants, ensuring high-quality food and service.
• Develop and implement innovative menus to meet guest expectations and GP targets.
• Manage food cost, labour budgets, stock control, and waste reduction to maximise profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop kitchen teams, fostering a positive, high‑performing culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen management, HACCP, health & safety and policies.
