Aramark UK is seeking a Head Chef at Heathrow IRC to lead a busy kitchen, deliver exceptional meals, and uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

You will manage the kitchen team, plan menus, control stock and costs, and drive service excellence in a demanding catering operation, while benefiting from training, pension, and inclusive, supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Senior chef or head chef experience required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety legislation and allergen management.
• Leadership and communication skills; able to manage budgets and stock.
