Job summary

You'll work directly with the owners, shape the operation, develop the team, and help plan upcoming projects such as roof terrace and outdoor kitchen. Salary £75,000 plus Tronc and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Head Chef with proven track record in high-volume fresh-food operations.
• Experience managing £70k+ food sales.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Commercial understanding across GP, labour and stock.
• Experience with events and busy service periods.
