Avalon Park Care Home in Oldham is recruiting a Head Chef to own the kitchen, delivering high quality, nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs. You will lead from the front, manage menu planning, stock, and team performance to create a positive dining experience for residents.

You will oversee all kitchen operations with a focus on cost control, quality and safety, ensuring meals are consistent, attractive and compliant.

Formación

• Proven experience leading or managing a kitchen.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of dietary requirements and food safety.

• Lead kitchen operations, menu planning and food preparation.
• Manage stock, ordering and budgets to minimise waste.
