Job summary

Avalon Park Care Home in Oldham is seeking a Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen, delivering nutritious, tasty meals tailored to residents' dietary needs. You will lead from the front, set quality standards and oversee menu planning, food preparation, stock control and compliance.

With 40 hours a week, no late evenings or split shifts, the role offers a stable pattern, ongoing training and opportunities to progress within Care Concern Group.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Knowledge of dietary requirements and food safety principles.
