Oakland Care in Enfield is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the home kitchen, craft menus and elevate residents' dining experience.

You will manage a talented kitchen, oversee dietary requirements, ensure HACCP compliance and drive cost-effective, high-quality meals. This permanent role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Head Chef or Senior Chef in a high-quality service with ability to manage dietary requirements and allergens.
• Strong HACCP knowledge and nutrition awareness.
• Impeccable leadership and communication skills at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Kitchen and Dining service across the home in line with Health, Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations.
• Deliver safe, nutritious and appealing menu options including therapeutic diets.
• Order, receipting and maintain catering spend within the food budget.
• Manage stock levels and complete catering audits.
• Ro ta management to ensure coverage during absence and Bank Holidays.
