Hand Picked Hotels at Crathorne Hall Hotel are seeking a knowledgeable Head Chef to lead the kitchen and craft seasonal menus that meet our luxury standards. You will maintain exceptional presentation and flavour while guiding a passionate culinary team in a beautiful setting.

The role focuses on mentoring staff, managing operations and costs, and delivering memorable guest experiences. This is a full‑time position, with 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of an exceptional culinary experience reflecting creativity, quality and seasonal diversity.
• Design and oversee dishes that complement the hotel’s luxury offering and uphold high presentation and flavour standards.
• Mentor and develop the culinary team through training, guidance, and inspirational leadership.
• Manage kitchen operations, maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor stock and costs, and create bespoke menus across outlets.
