The Wonderfield Group is seeking a dynamic Head Chef to lead the YO! Kitchen at the Southampton West Quay site. You will be responsible for the entire operation of the kitchen, ensuring safety, quality and guest satisfaction in line with YO! standards.

You will inspire a team, manage food costs, and maintain high-energy shifts while preparing sushi and kitchen duties. A passion for authentic Japanese cuisine and proven leadership in fast-paced environments is ideal.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality YO! dishes.
• Maintain food safety and adherence to recipe/specs, while driving food cost controls.
• Run high-energy shifts and ensure outstanding guest and team experiences.
• Prepare and participate in routine kitchen tasks (e.g., fish cutting, rice cooking, sushi rolling) daily.
