Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a Head Chef in Shirley to lead a kitchen team, drive culinary excellence and set new workplace hospitality standards. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders, mentor your team, and uphold exceptional food quality and service.

With a strong focus on budgeting, governance and continuous improvement, you’ll shape menus, mentor talent and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Financially astute with budgeting and budget control experience.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic, clear and effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, Inspire, collaborate and support direct reports to deliver exceptional standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
