Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a dedicated Head Chef for our Rochdale venues. Lead a talented kitchen team, drive menu development and ensure dishes leave the kitchen to exact specifications. You will uphold the highest standards, manage stock control and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will also champion in-house specials, set daily operating procedures, and strive for 5* scores on the doors, while fostering a strong, cohesive kitchen culture across our pubs and hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leader.
• Proven ability to manage kitchens to high standards.
• Strong stock control and cost awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team and uphold premium standards.
• Cook and supervise to deliver high-quality dishes to spec.
• Maintain stock levels and ordering processes.
• Motivate and develop staff to perform at their best.
• Mentor team and share skills and knowledge.
