Flaming Grill is seeking a proactive kitchen leader to head a busy pub/restaurant kitchen in Hull. You will drive a positive team culture, ensure food quality and consistency, and uphold strict food safety standards.

You will manage stock, costs and waste, keep services smooth during peak times, and coach chefs to enhance skills and confidence. A hands-on, energetic leader is essential.
