Flaming Grill is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive a high standard of food preparation and service in our busy kitchen. You will lead by example, ensuring the team has the support needed for smooth service and exceptional dish presentation.

You’ll uphold hygiene and safety, deputise for management when required, and coordinate the team during peak periods to keep service on track.

Qualifications

• Team leadership and by-example coaching.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role and understand allergen controls.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy service.
