The Three Horseshoes in Spellbrook, a beautiful thatched country pub with centuries of history, is looking for a Head Chef to take ownership of the kitchen and lead a talented team.

You’ll deliver great pub food, coach and develop your team, manage stock and costs, and work closely with the General Manager to drive the pub's success. This role sits within the Greene King family, offering training, development and a strong support network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and running a busy service.
• Strong focus on quality, consistency and kitchen costs.
• Passion for food and hospitality with pride in work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen to ensure smooth service and high standard dishes.
