Job summary

Greene King’s The Three Horseshoes in Spellbrook is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the pub alongside the General Manager, delivering the warm welcome and high standards our customers expect.

You’ll lead from the front, develop your team, and ensure excellent service and food while keeping costs under control. Step in during busy periods with confident decisions and keep the pub running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy hospitality environment, ideally supervisory or management.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to run the pub and ensure every shift delivers the expected experience.
• Lead from the front, supporting and developing your team to deliver great service, food and a warm welcome.
• Drive day-to-day performance, maintain high standards, support sales, control costs and ensure the team has what it needs to succeed.
• Take ownership when the General Manager isn’t present, make decisions and keep the pub running smoothly during busy services.
• Create an environment where the team enjoys coming to work and delivers their best.
