Cinnamon is seeking a Head Chef for Emerson Park Care Village near Swanley. The role leads a full kitchen team to deliver high-end, freshly prepared meals with locally sourced ingredients, while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

This full-time position offers a salary up to £45,000 plus company benefits and a supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have supervisory kitchen experience, a Level 3 Catering or equivalent qualification, and a passion for delivering

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a kitchen environment.
• Relevant catering qualifications and safe food handling knowledge.
• Experience delivering high-end, locally sourced meals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and manage a team including second chef and assistants.
• Maintain hygiene standards and health and safety compliance.
• Monitor suppliers, control costs, minimise waste, and ensure menu quality.
• Support GM and events coordination for resident activities.
