Job summary

Lumino Lounge is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen and drive high standards across open to close services. You will supervise a busy, high-energy kitchen, ensuring guests leave happy and meals are consistently excellent.

As a hands-on leader, you will coach KPs, Chefs and Sous Chefs, recruit and develop teams, and manage GP, labour, stock and food safety KPIs. This role offers real progression within a growing hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef
• Ability to recruit, train and develop kitchen teams
• Comfortable managing GP, labour, stock and wastage KPIs

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the kitchen at Lumino Lounge and lead every shift from open to close
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring high standards and smooth operations during busy services
• Drive training and development programmes for KPs, Chefs and Sous Chefs to foster progression
• Collaborate with front-of-house to build a one-team culture and seamless guest experiences
