Loungers plc is seeking a hands-on Head Chef for Vintro Lounge, a cafe bar within the Loungers family. Lead the kitchen, drive quality, and develop your team in a growing hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong track record of maintaining high culinary standards and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the kitchen at Vintro Lounge, overseeing shifts from open to close.
• Recruit, develop and coach the kitchen team with clear development plans.
• Master menu specs and kitchen processes to ensure every dish leaves the pass correctly.
• Own a site-level action plan with the GM covering wait times, standards, ordering, stock and cleaning.
• Deliver on KPIs: quality, wait times, wastage, safety and GP; report on performance after each shift.
• Schedule fair rotas aligned with sales and bookings; ensure the right skills on each shift.
• Work with front of house to build a one-team culture and cross-training.
