Job summary

Rok is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Bracelet Bay, Mumbles, Swansea. You will take ownership of daily kitchen operations, set standards for quality and presentation, and build a positive, organized team culture.

You'll develop and motivate your staff, oversee food costs, GP, stock and waste, and work with our wider food and operations team to evolve the Rok experience. This full-time role offers a four-day week and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day running of the Rok kitchen.
• Set standards for quality, presentation and consistency.
• Develop and motivate the kitchen team and communicate standards.
• Manage labour, GP, stock and waste with commercial awareness.
