Rok at Bracelet Bay, Mumbles is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen and drive standards across food quality and service.

You’ll manage a busy, quality-focused kitchen, develop your team, control costs, and work with the wider food and operations team to evolve what Rok serves and how it’s delivered. This full‑time role offers a four-day week, a competitive salary of £50,000 including service charge, and genuine opportunities to grow with The Secret Hospitality Group.

• Commercial awareness including labour, GP and stock.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Set standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Lead, develop and motivate the kitchen team.
• Manage costs, ordering, stock and waste.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Head of Food & Drink to evolve Rok's menu.
