Cosy Club Swansea is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen, champion a from-scratch approach and drive consistent dining experiences across brunch, lunch and dinner. You will mentor chefs, shape menus with the General Manager, and ensure high standards in a busy hospitality setting.

You will manage costs, schedules and training with a focus on work-life balance, two days off weekly and a supportive team culture. Competitive package around £57k including base, tronc and bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership of a kitchen team.
• Ability to coach and mentor chefs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen to deliver high standards across all shifts.
• Develop menus and ensure consistent execution from scratch cooking.
• Coach, mentor and manage a team of chefs and line cooks.
