The Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa, part of The QHotels Collection, seeks a hands-on Head Chef to lead from the front, set the standard for the kitchen team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at Cambridge's 4-star venue.

You will balance a passion for superb food with strong organisation, cost control, and meticulous presentation across conferences, banquets and daily dining, staying calm under pressure and driving quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef in a hotel or busy operation.
• Strong leadership, standards and attention to detail.
• Experience with conferences, banqueting and events catering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and set the standard for the kitchen team.
• Ensure high-quality, beautifully presented food to specification.
• Oversee GP, stock control, costs and waste management under pressure.
