The Role

As a Head Chef, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards and continuously coaching and developing your team to excel and achieve great results.

• You have experience maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understanding the financial aspects of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs. You proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
