The Role |

As a Head Chef, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining high standards and continuously coaching and developing your team to achieve their best, while driving performance and delivering outstanding results.

• Have experience in maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, understanding the financial aspects of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spotting opportunities for improvement.
• Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment through ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
